Francesca Jean-Baptiste is a public service–driven professional with a Master’s in Public Administration and Policy from the University of Georgia. She focuses on strengthening government performance, public service delivery, and community impact.
She brings a strategic, detail-oriented approach to public sector operations — with experience working in large municipal systems and using data to support decision-making and drive mission outcomes.
